The Raspberry Espresso Cocktail

INGRÉDIENTS
- 3.5 fl oz Fentimans Tonic Water
- 1 fl oz Espresso
- 1 fl oz Vodka
- 0.75 fl oz Raspberry syrup (such as Monin)
- Garnish with fresh raspberries
MÉTHODE
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour the raspberry syrup into the bottom of the glass to create the base layer.
- In a shaker or small pitcher, combine the vodka and cooled espresso, then stir gently.
- Slowly pour the espresso-vodka mix over the back of a spoon so it floats above the syrup.
- Top with Fentimans Tonic Water, pouring slowly to preserve the layers.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
