Fentimans x Seaham Hall Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excludes northern
Ireland residents, employees of Seaham Hall and Fentimans Ltd, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Fentimans Ltd is the sole “Promoter” of this prize draw.

2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries which it reasonably suspects could cause offence.

3. All entries must be submitted by following Fentimans Ltd and Seaham Hall Serenity Spa on Instagram, liking the competition post, and tag 1 friend in the comments of the competition post.

4. The opening date for entries is Thursday 30th April 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on Sunday 31st May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

6. One winner (Chosen name) will be selected at random by The Promoter via a generator and winner will be notified by DM from the Fentimans Instagram account on 1st June 2026 ("Draw Date"). 

7. The winner will receive:
- A seasonal spa day for two people at Seaham Hall Serenity Spa
- 1 case of mixed Fentimans drinks

8. The winner will be notified by DM from the Fentimans Instagram account and must
provide an email address to claim their prize, your data will only be held for the purpose of informing you if you have won the competition and will be deleted within 2 weeks of the end of the competition. 

9. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 10 days of the Promoter’s 
DM, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select
another winner in accordance with the process described above.

10. The prize – will be sent to the winner direct from Fentimans Ltd within 60 days of prize confirmation.

11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

12. The prize is supplied by Seaham Hall and Fentimans Ltd. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

13. The decision of the Promoter (under the supervision of the independent person where the decision relates to the random draw) regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.

15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to
award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any
circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability
for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

18. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any
entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

19. The Promoter of this prize draw is Fentimans Ltd.
